There are some projects we want to take on in this neighborhood, but we can't make them a reality without your contribution.  We have had several residents to inquire about a playground and others are wanting a community type park. Large or small, these things will cost us money.  Paying your dues will make these projects possible. 

 

We rely on the contributions of all residents to share the cost of upkeep in our neighborhood through the collection of annual dues.  We all must do our part and take care of our neighborhood...Pay your HOA dues today.

We would also like to negotiate a contract on land maintenance since their is a great deal of work that needs to be done to revamp and update our landscaping.  Appearance is very important and it helps to see where your money is going.  Please pay your dues.
