HOA Assessment Due - January 1 is the beginning day assessments being due to your Homeowner's Association to cover all maintenance, common expenses and all other needs of our neighborhood. Please do your part to cover these expenses as it takes the collective effort of all here at Laurel Properties. Please be advised, failure to do so on your own will result in penalties. late fees and liens being place on your property according to Wake County's General Statues 47F-3-116. Lien for assessments. Please read and gain an understanding of your obligation to pay and our process in collecting deliquent dues.
