Our Community
Welcone to Laurel Ridge Subdivision! We are glad you are here. Laurel Ridge is a residential community of 68 homes and was developed in 1998 with only three homes at that time. Over the years our neighborhood has grown. We all can be proud to call Laurel Ridge our home.
We encourage all residents to get involved in maintaining our neighborhood. This way we can best enjoy what Laurel Ridge Properties of Zebulon has to offer.
The Benefits
There are several benefits to living at Laurel Ridge. We enjoy our neighborhood. Encouraging strong interaction in our neighborhood is key. Servicing our community's needs is most important to the Laurel Property Owner's Association, Inc. of Laurel Ridge. Friendly neighbors and a family oriented atmosphere are part of the offerings of our neighborhood. We are close to the parks of Zebulon, the community library and shopping centers. Laurel Ridge is an all around great place to live and grow.

Thank you so much for visiting our neighborhood's website. It brings me great pleasure to serve this community as the newly elected President of the Laurel Property Owners Association, Inc. of Zebulon. We hope you find everything you came here searching for. Here at Laurel Ridge Properties of Zebulon, we take pride in our community and are glad to call this place home. You will find that we have been hard at work making this site your source for news and events in our subdivision.
You can pay your annual HOA dues right here, print off necessary documents, and get the latest newsletters, which share things affecting Laurel Ridge Subdivision; and sometimes, our entire city.
If you or someone you know wishes to make changes on your property... ******STOP...STOP...STOP******
You must fill out the ARC form and gain approval from the Board "first". Please note, before you make ANY changes on your property, you must comply with our Covenants & ByLaws and our Rules & Regulations; otherwise, you may face fines and penalty fees. You may even have to undo the work you have already done. Please understand we follow a "Uniform Code of Ethics. This allows us to keep up the appearance, quality, and value of our properties here at Laurel Ridge, so thank you for your compliance!
Stay in touch and learn what's going on in our community and neighborhood through our website and neighborhood circulars. Also, if you know something is going on in our community, please feel free to tell us so we can inform others, so we can address things needing to be addressed.
